City and Guilds London

Alfa Culinary & Beverage Academy is in partnership with Ledra College, to act as the City & Guilds London approved centre in Cyprus delivering Culinary and Hospitality Programs.

Through the teaching methodology our Chef instructors provide students a wealth of knowledge, hands-on experience blend with skills so as to create the ideal education.

Culinary students develop a command of both classic and contemporary culinary methods and techniques, as well as the understanding of the global cuisine that drive today’s industry.

Patisserie students develop the techniques of haute patisserie, sweet cuisine and formulation. Develop their knowledge of raw materials, manufacturing processes and techniques.

The teaching takes place in newly equipped hot, cold and prep kitchens where students learn how to cook, bake and present as well as using the right techniques and responsibility towards people, safety and hygiene.
